Privacy

Our website, simply.

Last updated 23 October 2026

This note covers the jfalabs.com website. Each of our apps will have its own detailed privacy policy, published before the app is released.

What this website collects

Nothing, on its own. It doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it doesn't load anything from other companies. Even our fonts are served from this site.

Our web host

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps short-term access logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs include technical details such as your IP address. We don't use them to identify or track you.

If you email us

• We use your name, email address and message only to reply to you.
• If you ask us to tell you when an app launches, we keep your email address only for that. We send one email when it's ready, then delete your address.
• We never share or sell your details.

Questions or concerns

Email privacy@jfalabs.com and a real person will reply. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
